| Going overseas with us is
a big commitment. It requires you to
be ready to experience the world and its people in a totally new way. You
need to be ready to live with a family that will be different to your own
and in a house and country different to what you know and have grown comfortable
with.
Going overseas is also a big commitment financially. Most people need to talk with their parents about how to pay for the program. A lot of our participants contribute to the cost of their program themselves by having part time jobs. They plan ahead and budget for their trip. Some fund their program 100% |
| We really acknowledge the commitment of these people, because they demonstrate a high level of maturity and determination to achieve their goals. Perhaps this is what you will need to do if your goal is to travel on one of our programs. If you are too young to have a part time job you might be able to do odd jobs for family or friends to raise your spending money. There are many ways to help finance your trip. Talk over the options with your parents tonight. |
| Included in this package is
a letter to your parents. Please pass it on as it gives them some important
information about our programs. Talk with them and if you need any more
